The Lexi Learners Program focusses on utilising systematic synthetic phonics instruction, along with the scientific principles of psychology, education and neuroscience in its delivery. These strategies include spaced, interleaved practice to enhance memorisation, combining images and the spoken word, active recall, and mixing up practice tasks to boost performance.

The Lexi Learners Program is designed to be fun and engaging with hand-drawn, brightly-coloured illustrations (proven to hold children's attention longer than computer generated graphics) along with other multi-sensory strategies. It is to be delivered in short, frequent bursts of instruction which are more effective than large chunks of time.

This program was initially developed as a university research project focused on Educational Neuroscience demonstrating the most effective and efficient way to teach children with dyslexia how to read. As a parent of dyslexic children who are now thriving, the creator has a unique and personal understanding of the challenges and strategies that support diverse learning needs, making their content not only academically robust but also empathetically crafted. Every child can learn to read when they are given explicit instruction in systematic, synthetic phonics. Lexi Learners wants to equip parents, tutors and teachers with ready to use program to deliver an evidence based learning experience.
